Safe Space | FREE Practice in Support of Creating a Connected Community
Thursday, December 8th, 2016, 7:30PM - 9PM
Come together to connect with your yoga community and to practice. In these changing times we all need safe spaces to show up to when we’re feeling overwhelmed, sensitive, on alert or uncertain. This is your sanctuary. Show up and be with allies. Michelle and Kari will host this community gathering. The evening will begin with a group check-in, followed by a grounding yoga practice. We will end with a long savasana and silent meditation. You will be supported with nurturing hands-on assists and gentle support to settle your nervous system.
*All are welcome. Invite anyone you know who needs support.
